As graduate of Neumann University, Moni worked in the early/elementary education program for over 10 years, also serving as a Special Education Coordinator during this time.

Moni’s interest in the special education field peaked when she attended United Cerebral Palsy’s Camp Manito summer program as a child. Moni remained active with UCP and eventually became a Volunteer, Counselor, Camp Director and Board Member.

In June 2013, Moni joined United Cerebral Palsy of Delaware as the Director of the Client Assistance Program (CAP). In June 2019 Moni became the co-founder of the Adult Advocacy Program (AAG). The mission of AAG is to create an environment that supports adults with disabilities by providing guidance, education, and opportunities to interact with others in the community.

In addition to her work with CAP and AAG, Moni currently serves as the Executive Director. As the Executive Director, Moni oversees the development, delivery, and evaluation of all UCP Programs, services and resources in a manner that is consistent with the mission, values, and goals of the organization.
